NPM Binary 镜像配置

npm在安装部分依赖( 如node-sass等 )的时候，会去下载一些依赖的二进制文件，由于不可言原因，总是下载失败。这里把常用的报错地址换成镜像地址，下载就不会报错了。

• window的git bash 配置目录在 git安装目录下面的 etc\profile.d\bash_profile.sh 如: C:\Program Files\Git\etc\profile.d\bash_profile.sh
